Die Lage im 7. Arrondissement ist sehr gut. Wesentliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Eiffelturm, Les Invalides und Musee d‘Orsay sind fußläufig oder mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen. Ebenfalls fußläufig sind zwei Metro-Stationen, die den Rest von Paris erschließen. Das Studio ist zwar klein, aber wir haben nicht vermisst.
Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Lage des Bades quasi im Keller. Der Weg über die Wendeltreppe setzt ein gewisses Maß an Beweglichkeit voraus.

Świetna lokalizacja (stacja metra w odległości 5 minut spacerem, 30 minut do Wieży Eiffla i Notre Dame), spokojna okolica, uprzejmi i pomocni gospodarze. Apartament przytulny, wyposażony dosłownie we wszystko, odpowiedni dla 3-osobowej rodziny.
