Place à quelques pas du Musée du Louvre au Centre de Paris

Posizione eccezionale con Louvre, e Notte Dame, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti e negozi, locali e supermercato vicinissimi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che seve. Ha frigo e ascensore perfettamente funzionanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale

Il materasso del terzo letto è un po' scomodo

La posizione, l’edificio, l’accuratezza delle informazioni per il check in e check out, presenza di 3 ventilatori, asciugacapelli, molte prese elettriche

Assenza di lavandino nel bagno, estrema scomodità del divano letto completamente inadatto a dormire, per cui alcune notti le ho trascorse sveglia, assenza di frigorifero funzionante, quindi non è stato possibile conservare nulla, né latte, né yogurt né frutta e verdura; per questo siamo state costrette a consumare quasi tutti i pasti fuori casa fatta eccezione per delle piccole merende

La ubicación

Es muy pequeño pero es normal para el precio y su ubicación

The location. The set of bunk beds were comfy. It is, as advertised an extremely small apartment. But that is ok if you’re with people that you are close to, such as family. Especially with the curtained shower cubicle directly in front of the bunk beds and kitchen area.

The 3rd bed could not really be classed as a bed, very hard and small and not comfortable enough to sleep on. Also we had no working fridge for the duration of our stay, the owner did know this before we arrived but did not tell us, when we arrived we bought cold drinks and fresh food to put in the fridge. When we questioned it they said the last guest broke it and then apparently because I asked to check in 1 hour earlier than the 4pm check in time it was my fault that they couldn’t replace it. It was then supposed to be replaced the following day but that did not happen. I wouldn’t usually mind but Paris was having a heatwave and it was 35 degrees. Hot in the day and also at night. So to wake up and have no cold drinks was hard. Luckily there was a shop nearby to buy cold food and drinks but no way of keeping anything cold in the apartment. The plug in the sink didn’t hold water so we couldn’t fill the sink to keep things cool that way. The whole apartment needs attention. The flooring is shocking, in fact it’s dangerous, so many loose strips of laminate flooring that move when you walk on it. Very easy to trip and fall. It was clean, but feels grubby due to the overall condition of everything.
