About this apartment rental
This apartment is a three-room unit with a weighted area of 56 square meters under the Carrez law (much larger in terms of floor area: 76 m²).
It is located on Rue Etienne Marcel in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement, near Rue Montorgueil.
It features a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom on the lower level with a shower and a window, and a separate toilet on the same level.
Upstairs are the second bedroom, another toilet, and a laundry room.
Please note that the duplex layout is not suitable for young children (under 5 years old) or the elderly. The upstairs bedroom is under the roof and accessed via a spiral staircase. It is not possible to stand upright in the entire room, so this room is not suitable for elderly guests or very tall people.
The apartment offers all the amenities to accommodate 4 people, whether for a business trip or a long-term stay. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. Please note that you must take the stairs to the 1st floor and that there is a small elevator to take you from the 1st floor to the 5th floor.
