L'appartement Jour

la posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta, ad un passo dalla metro, in una strada tranquilla ma vicinissima a tanti locali, minimarket e a luoghi d'interesse artistico come la chiesa di Sant'Eustachio. il palazzo è dotato di un piccolo ascensore comodissimo per le valigie e per chi come noi viaggia con bambini. il wifi funziona benissimo, così come la TV, utile per far distrarre un po' i bambini

il letto e il divano letto sono scomodissimi e praticamente non c'erano cuscini per dormire ma solo cuscinoni da divano. In caso di giornate molto afose, l'appartamento è privo di aria condizionata. Non abbiamo trovato prodotti da bagno e dagli scarichi fuoriusciva un po' di cattivo odore, per fortuna con la porta chiusa non si avvertiva nel resto della casa.

De locatie kan echt niet beter! Hartje van het eerste arrondissement, in een rustige straat. Het appartement zelf is heel comfortabel voor één of twee personen. Ik heb hier een maand doorgebracht, met zo nu en dan gasten, en dat verliep allemaal prima. Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, en heeft een goede (maar wel krappe) douche. Aan de voorzijde kijk je uit op de brandweerkazerne, en aan de achterzijde zie je vanuit je bed de kerktoren tegen de avondhemel - prachtig!

De inrichting en de huishoudelijke apparaten zijn wat verouderd en daardoor is het appartement ook moeilijker schoon/stofvrij te houden. Het bed is oké, maar de slaapbank is echt aan vervanging toe.

The location is unbeatable the best in Paris! It’s perfectly connected to the trains and a direct ride from the airport. The neighborhood is gorgeous, surrounded by amazing cafes, patisseries, shops, a beautiful church, and a fantastic playground for kids. The apartment was very well-equipped with a washing machine and all the cooking/cleaning essentials we needed. It’s also located right above a fire station, which was a dream come true for our child who loves fire trucks, and incredibly, it wasn't noisy at all! Having an elevator was also great for getting our stroller and luggage upstairs.

Nothing major! The apartment has everything you need to cook and clean, except for a dishwasher. Also, the building's elevator is very small, it only fits one adult and a child at a time, so you can't fit two large suitcases in it at once. We managed just fine though!

good exposure; not too much sun. The fan was a life saver and worked very well(no a/c). Super location across from a firehouse. When they went on a call they always waited before turning on the siren. We hardly noticed them for in 4 weeks. Metro line 4 and many buses are readily available. If your young you can easily walk to many attractions.

The microwave did not automatically turn off. Had to manually monitor the cooking time. Small elevator.
