Nice accomidation for family stay in Paris.

Useful location near RER B station. Large space in appartment. Free streaming platforms in TV.

Ventilator in bathroom would be welcome.

Low price.

Overall was uncleaned, gross and uncomfortable. Bathroom was moldy. Very bad air, there was no air conditioning in the room and it smelled oil from the burger place. I couldn't stay there and had to move out in the morning.

I liked the spacious arrangement,storage facilities.And,that it was so closeto the metro station.

There was no hot water for the major part of the day.We could not have a bath on two days.Being Indians,we are used to taking baths twice daily.

Good location but require improvement

This is separate apartment on first level. Located close to metro and food places, shops also nearby. It has electrical stove. Quite new furniture on kitchen and bedroom. But bed sheets were not cleaned unfortunately and I had to ask for replacement.

Perfect Location. Great Value. Lovely Apartment.

The apartment was lovely, just what we needed for a few nights as we travel around Paris. Bed was a 10/10 as well as the apartment, it was very spacious and functional. The apartment is right next to the Gentilly train station, the perfect location to travel anywhere in Paris. The host was always around incase you needed anything which is very handy. Overall, a great location to travel easily around Paris and very much worth the price. Mercí.

Localização excelente apenas 20 metros , mercados bem próximos e o anfitrião me esperou até eu chegar já tarde da noite pois avisei que tinha perdido conexão , Studio com todos utensílios funcionando e sem cheiro ruim

la posizione della casa vicino alla metro

è vicino ad un fast food, c’era una puzza assurda. Tutto a terra era appiccicoso e nel bagno c’è tantissima sporcizia. La doccia cade a pezzi e non c’è nemmeno la climatizzazione

Blattes à profusion!!!

Juste à 50 m de la station Gentilly. Nickel pour entendre le RER toutes les 10 min jusqu'à 02h00 en compagnie des blattes / cafards!!! L'odeur dans le couloir est mémorable, un savant mélange d'urine et d'autres choses dont je n'ai pas pu identifier.

Je n'ai jamais vu autant de blattes dans un logement. C'était horrible. Elles grouillaient de partout (tables, salle de bain, murs...) Les photos sur booking.com sont très attrayantes mais voilà le cauchemar. La personne m'a dit on a fait un traitement, ce n'est pas avec un piège faire un traitement... Un bol a été mis dessus l'évier pour résoudre la fuite et ne parlons pas du frigo rempli de glace.

L appartamento era sporco. Non sono davvero una persona schizzinosa ma lenzuola, asciugamani erano inutilizzabili; credo non fossero stati lavati. Il bagno è fatiscente, la doccia tiene con lo scotch, la prima sera non c era acqua calda. Un punto a favore: il letto è COMODO! Il wc me lo sono pulito da sola. In tutta la casa sono presenti numerose blatte. L appartamento si affaccia sul raccordo anulare parigino ed è attiguo a un kebabbaro. Insomma, un vero peccato, l appartamento ha del potenziale ma mancano le basi della semplice igiene. Il prezzo è ottimo ma non ci tornerei.
