We had a pleasant stay.

The location was close to all the facilities of Mumbles and Swansea and an easy drive to the Gower. It was nice and clean, well decorated. The kitchen was nice and functional. The bathrooms are spacious.

The parking is up a narrow, unlit, poorly surfaced track- you need to take a pair of sturdy outdoor shoes in winter. And five parking spaces isn’t a reality. A spare bin liner would be a nice touch. The Road is quite busy, so the front bedroom does get some traffic noise.

Well where do I start. The house has been re- modernised to an excellent standard, especially changing the bedrooms to downstairs and the living area upstairs, giving you the great view of the bay. The house was very clean and decorated to a high standard catering for all your needs and requirements, the house had everything you needed for your stay, even a record player with some old 33's. The location was excellent walking distance from restaurants and shops. I did read some of the old reviews before we stayed, but I couldn't relate to some of the problems people was complaining about. Parking was easy we used the Quarry car park behind the property which cost us £5 for 24 hour stay, which was safe and plenty of availability. We would definitely recommend it to friends and more than likely stay again in the near future.

The front bedroom is prone to noise from the traffic on the main road, but that was to be expected and didn't cause a problem.

Great location. Poor parking and wi-fi access

Great location (if arriving without a car). Very clean and well-kept inside (not so much out the back) Most amenities available (though a microwave would have been useful)

"On-site parking" was NOT 'on-site'. It is unacceptable to claim that the very poor, hard-to access, parking arrangement is 'on-site'. Wi-fi access was pretty much unusable. Customer service provided incorrect login details then just stopped responding to any messages. The rear outside area was strewn with rubbish and smelled so bad it was not possible to use the rear bedroom. Designed to look good rather than for practicality. Not child friendly (floating staircase) and too many tacky ornaments throughout.
