Great little apartment. Lovely and clean. Very close to seafront. Having a parking space was very much appreciated, as the roads were very busy. Less than a minute walk to a fabulous fish and chip shop, M&S Food Hall and two nice cafes.
There wasn’t much not to like. All good! One thing to note, and unsure if owner is aware, but the bathroom window was broken and tied shut. It was ok for us, as the weather wasn’t too hot, but it needs to be fixed from a security point of view.

Central, clean, well appointed. Parking is a tricky issue in the Mumbles so private parking is a strong plus point. Unfortunately we could not always access our allocated parking due to a work van using the space during the day.
The property is fine . Only one or 2 suggestions - A clothes airer would have been good and a drying cloth for the dishes.
