Great little base for Mumbles.
Cafe next door and M&S a 2 minute walk
Damp patch on outside wall in single bedroom near bed. Needs to be fixed - slight damp smell.

The location was great for local restaurants and pubs, etc. I wasn't there for the beach or any other activities on my work trip, but all looked lovely. The town seems to be very clean too The place itself had everything I needed for my trip
Only a very small niggle, the parking is accessible via a lane to the side of the property, you go in but have to reverse out which was a little tight with other vehicles very near to the exit,

BEAUTIFUL FLAT IN MUMBLES
Love the location and the space itself is so nice. Easy walk to everything in Mumbles. The flat has been decorated beautifully and was lovely and clean. We loved that there were kids dinner wear and a high chair and cot, this makes a huge difference. We would absolutely stay again.
We just wished we had more than 2 towels for the 4 of us, and a tea towel to dry the dishes so we could put them away.
