Excellent location for local shops, beach and travel into Bournmouth town centre. Good size property for group or small family.
Very loud creaky floors. Doors to rooms did not close easily or properly (one was stuck shut and struggled to open). Generally needs a good clean in kitchen, old dirt build up around cupboards and handles; also had to clean fridge inside and outside handles & door before use due to looks like spills and such not cleaned.

Great apartment with home from home comforts.
Very narrow drive. Parked 2 streets away due to restrictions. Noisy downstairs neighbour.

Loved the location, nice and quiet with some beautiful woodland walks and easy access to the seafront.
Parking is a nightmare, 1 space in front of a garage down the extremely narrow side passage. Also the shower in the property has very little power.

Great location, close to town and shops short drive to the beach. Flat clean and beds comfy also had every thing that we needed.
Drive was a little tight to access the parking if we had a bigger car I wouldn't of wanted to try and get it up there.
