Vineyard

Large apartment close to the high street in the Westbourne part of Bournemouth. Plenty of space to play board games and lots of choice of rooms and beds. We booked for 8 people and everyone was able to have a bed to themselves. The place was clean and affordable for a group of people to spend the night together. Paid parking out back, and the host would have let us use the shop parking out back if we hadn't already paid. The host was very responsive. We never saw him but the key being in a box by the front door meant we could check in any time that afternoon. He also responded pretty quickly over WhatsApp when asking questions.

No WIFI or TV, though this was a minor hindrance to us all as we all had data connections. The lock on the upstairs bathroom did not work and the place wasn't sufficiently stocked with toilet paper. There was some expired food left in the fridge, presumably from previous renters. Another minor nitpick, but the host kept asking me if we were going to party despite me giving him the assurance every single time that we were not, per house rules. I'm not entirely sure why he is renting out the entire apartment if he's worried about how large groups are going to use the place.
