Une belle étage à Stockel with charming patio

The apartment was very easy to access.

When we first entered the place, there was warm air, but after we had just opened the windows, the clean air entered, and we had a pleasant time.

The host is very responsive and welcoming. The house has several ''nice to haves'', like coffee, spices for food, water and shampoos. There are several rooms to accomodate well a big family and the location is super close to Stockel centre in a quiet area.

We visited the house in summer. The heat was unberabale in the whole house and especially in the top floor where it is litteraly burning. There is no mean of airconditioning. Only one fan that can be used in one room so the rest struggle to sleep. You also need to be out of the house most of the day to avoid this heat as the whole place gets very hot. What did not help the heat but also convinience was that in one of the rooms there is no dark curtain so you basically get full sun and light from 6am. Also, in the biggest room only one window opens which makes things difficult when you need some air. If the place had airco or at least one fan per bedroom then things would be very different, and you could actually enjoy a very nice house with several amenities.

Lots of room, new bathroom, well clean, apart the kitchen, parking, quiet, well located

Dirty kitchen, quite dirty oven, couch and armchairs torn and dirty, tapestry locally detached in the kitchen, WC door handle fell off, shower hose damaged. What a pity for such an otherwise fine accommodation.
