A spotless, spacious apartment in a highly convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpenflair Apartment. The location is extremely convenient for skiing, with easy and quick access to Mutters, which made our daily trips to the slopes effortless. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, creating a comfortable and welcoming place to return to after a day in the snow. We felt very much at home and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and relaxing stay in the area.

Clean, good view, calm place

Super clean, easy check-in, clear instructions, bsic kitchen stuff, parking available. There is quite some long process to book, then pay, give details.. But overall stay is great with good Mountain View. 5-8min ride from village.

Amazing Place to Stay: what a fantastic little apartment in the mountains!

We chose to stay here for its convenient proximity to Axams, and it exceeded our expectations! The drive to the top took just 15 minutes. The apartment itself is stunning, with impeccable style and a flawless attention to detail. It was spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Although the restaurant below is run by different owners, we highly recommend it as well. After a long day of skiing, we arrived at 9:45 PM, hungry and exhausted, and were still warmly welcomed with fantastic food. In summary, this is an excellent apartment—beautifully designed, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again!

Great experience!

It was awesome! All of us really liked it. It is not in the city center, but it is close if you have a car. The toilet and shower room is separated, which is very convenient for a group. There is 2 beds and 1 sofa bed inside. The beds are hard, which we like it. There is also a hair dryer.

No shampoo but we do not care. The online check in system was broken but the staff kindly solved it.

Oberflächlich saniertes und unsauberes Appartement.

Flexibler (kontaktloser) Check-In. Für 2 Personen großzügig. Kaffeemaschine. Großer Balkon.

Die Wohnung scheint eine sanierte, ältere Wohnung zu sein. Neu Wandfarbe und Alpenbilder (oder Fotos von Rindern) zu in die Jahre gekommenen Möbeln. Die Küche war recht neu und mit Abstrichen voll in Ordnung. Hier gibt es keinen Luxus, der wurde von uns aber auch aufgrund der Fotos und des späten Buchungstermins auch nicht erwartet. Aber für einen Preis von rund 220 EUR/Nacht kann man ein sauberes Appartement erwarten. Das war leider nicht der Fall: Defekte (lockere Steckdosen, loser Wasserhahn, Wasserschaden an der Decke im Schlafzimmer, Fenster schließen schlecht, Sitzbank mit losen Polster/Schrauben ...), Spinnweben an der Decke und Schmutz in den Ecken. In der separaten, fensterlosen Toilette roch es wie auf einer öffentlichen Toilette stark nach Urin, selbst nach langem Lüften. Die Lüftung im fensterlosen Bad ist stark verschmutzt oder event. sogar verschimmelt, sie produziert einen modrigen Geruch, den man in der ganzen Wohnung wahrnimmt. Bad und Toilette wurden nicht saniert und sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fotos im Inserat sehen deutlich besser aus als der Zustand vor Ort. Unzureichende Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung - lediglich ein Schrank im Flur. Das Geschirr ist teils verschmutzt, sogar mit Essensresten vom Vorgänger. Das Apartment liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, mit offenen Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Die Fußbodenheizung ist nicht regulierbar und für unser Empfinden zu warm eingestellt. Wir haben die Vermieter STS während unseres Aufenthaltes wegen den Mängeln angeschrieben, die haben sich auf Ihre positiven Bewertungen auf Booking.com berufen und nichts unternommen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Für den genannten Preis hatten wir schon deutlich bessere Wohnungen in Österreich gebucht.

Perfekte Lage um Innsbruck und Umgebung zu erkunden.

Die Lage ist super man kommt innerhalb 15 Minuten mitn Auto bequem überall hin. Im Ort findet man alles was man so braucht zum einkaufen.

Das Bett war leider sehr unbequem. Die Matratzen sehr hart und bei jeder Bewegung hört man es knarren… man wacht dann schon sehr oft auf.

A mérete

Amikor megérkeztünk nagyon erős ételszag volt a lakásban, mintha akkor főztek volna. Sokáig szellőztettünk! Nagyon közel van az országút, kb 3-4 méter, így ablakot nem lehetett nyitni, csak rövid időre, mert zavaró volt különösen a sűrű traktor és teherautó forgalom már kora hajnaltól. Légkondicionáló pedig nincs! Az alvó párnák és a matracok eléggé elhasználtak már.

Lejligheden fremstår ren og velholdt, samt er fint udstyret køkkenudstyr til 4 personer. Der er stor altan med lette café møbler til to. Der er restaurant i samme bygning. Badekar. Stor parkeringsplads. I gå afstand til byen og vandrestier.

Lejligheden har altanen mod en forholdsvis støjende vej. Udsigten til bjerge har du for enden af altanen, ellers er udsigt til vejen og bakke/mark.

Grundsätzlich OK, sehr laut, viele nervige Details

Schöne Größe des Appartements, preislich in Ordnung. Der Ort ist schön, die Umgebung ist klasse, die ÖPNV Anbindung super

Es ist sehr laut im Appartement. Mit offenen Fernstern zu schlafen ist eine Qual - man findet keinen Schlaf, weil es direkt an der Strasse liegt. Ggf sind die Appartements nach hinten raus besser. Ich habe gelesen, dass das Bett hart ist - grundsätzlich kein Problem. Hier ist es aber so, dass die weiche Matratze so dünn ist, dass man direkt "unten auf dem Holz" liegt. Wir sind jeden Tag kpl gerädert aufgestanden. Das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung fürchterlich - was der Partner natürlich moniert, weil sie dauernd geweckt wurde. Bad ist ok, jedoch die Duschmöglichkeit in der Wanne ist ungeschickt: Die Abtrennung geht von der Wand bis zur Mitte der Wanne. Jedoch ist der Brausekopf auf Höhe der Wannenmitte angebracht, so dass man in der Ecke steht, den Duschkopf ganz verdreht und das Bad immer flutet. Nicht schlimm, aber einfach doof und nicht mitgedacht. Wenn man in das Gebäude reinkommt, ist alles sehr sehr düster. Dunkelblaue Farbe an den Wänden, dunkler Boden, düstere Beleuchtung. Man muß sehr auf der Hut sein, nicht dauernd zu stolpern. Es riecht, wenn man reinkommt, stark nach Gastronomie-WC aus dem Untergeschoß, gepaart mit Zigarettenrauch. Ich hatte im Vorfeld von losen Steckdosen, etc. gelesen. Ich dachte mir, dass die Leute ggf etwas zu kritisch sind. Aber das ist schon nervig - gerade im Küchenbereich. Auch der Wasserhahn am Spülbecken dreht sich mit - ist also kpl. lose. Wenn man Wasser wärmer stellen möchte und nicht drandenkt, dreht man den ganzen Hahn und flutet so wieder die Arbeitsplatte. Schöner großer Balkon, jedoch ohne Sonne. Von der Himmelsrichtung würde es passen, jedoch ist der Dachüberhang so groß, dass dort immer Schatten ist - ausser kurz nach Sonnenaufgang. Klingt jetzt alles sehr negativ - aber es ist halt die Summe der Kleinigkeiten, die sich zu einem eher negativen Gesamteindruck formen.
