Przestronny i wygodny apartament, wyposażone w niezbędne sprzęty, w tym samym budynku pizzeria. Ogólnie w porządku.

Wszystko ok, brakowało małych detali ale nie jest to super istotne bo ogólnie wszystko ok. Z rzeczy które można poprawić to , np. nie działało oświetlenie podszafkowe w kuchni ( dość ciemno w kuchni), brak korkociągu, w łazience cieknie zasłona prysznicowa ( szklany parawan nad wanną) - wiec zalewa łazienkę w trakcie prysznica, prosiliśmy też przygotowanie dodatkowego miejsca do spania w salonie - nie zostało dla nas przygotowane.

Gute Lage, ausreichende Größe, moderne Einrichtung

Eingangstür zum Appartementhaus lässt sich nicht verschließen, sodass total fremde Leute in das Haus reinkommen können Stiegenaufgang ist von den Stufen und den Mauern zu dunkel gehalten. Man sieht teilweise die Stufen nicht, was bei nassen Wetter ungut werden könnte Der Fernseher ist fast nur mit Werbe- und bundesdeutschen Sendern programmierbar

Verblijf Götzens

Het appartement was goed bereikbaar en het heeft eigen parkeerplaatsen rond het gebouw. Vanuit het appartement is uitzicht op de bergen. Innsbruck ligt op ongeveer een kwartier rijden vanaf het appartement. Met een nabijgelegen kabelbaan kun je hoog boven Innsbruck een wandeling maken met geweldig uitzicht. Die kabelbaan was overigens gratis op vertoon van een digitale Welcome Card die bij de boeking was inbegrepen. Het restaurant beneden het appartement is aanbevelenswaardig, maar is helaas niet altijd geopend. Wij waren hier drie nachten en we hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Ein netter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Der Blick aus dem Fenster und die Umgebung sowie die Wanderangebote für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade optimal. Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein und auch das Duschen. Früh hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser, am Abend erst nach 21 Uhr duschen warm möglich. Baden kann nicht möglich, weil der Verschluss nicht geht. Aber das haben wir nicht vermisst. Von dem abgesehen, haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt

Un premier voyage à Innsbruck qui a un goût de revient

Logement spacieux, Propre, bonne literie mais oreillers mériteraient d'être changés. Logement bien isolé mais permettait de profiter des cloches des vaches dehors, La carte qui permet d'utiliser les transports en commun gratuitement. Petite ville et hôtel très typique.

Pas de micro onde ni de VMC dans la salle de bain/toilettes.

Für eine Nacht ohne große Erwartungen in Ordnung, jedoch insgesamt sehr laut durch andere Apartments und nicht sonderlic

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr schnell und angenehm. Das Bett ist gemütlich und das Restaurant unter der Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert. Die Einrichtung ist auf den ersten Blick auch ansprechend.

Als wir ankamen lag ein blutiger Verband auf dem Boden im Badezimmer und das Besteck war zwar in der Besteckschublade, jedoch nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Das Bad wurde bei der Dusche fast überflutet, da die Trennwand kaputt ist. Außerdem ist Schimmel an der Decke des Bades gewesen. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich eine bessere Qualität. Viel Alpenpanorama sieht man leider auch nicht während man sich in der Wohnung aufhält. Wir sind einen Tag früher als geplant abgereist. Dies hatte jedoch auch mit sehr lauten Nachbarn und der fehlenden Isolierung zu tun..

Recht modern eingerichtet und Gute Lage. Vermieter sehr einfach und nett erreichbar

Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand waren schlecht. Spinnenweben und der erste Griff unter die Tischkante endete mit verschmierten Fingern. Dies nur als Beispiel. Zudem Schimmel im Bad an der Decke und allgemein nicht ganz sauber. Die Ausstattung war ok aber die Wohnung liegt auch etwas laut und ist recht dunkel. Insgesamt noch ok aber wir waren nicht ganz zufrieden.

Goed met paar verbeterpuntjes

Het was een ruim en schoon appartement toen we binnen kwamen

We gingen er vanuit dat er een vaatwasser in zat. Dat bleek niet zo te zijn, maar dat is niet het ergste. Wat voor de rest erg vervelend was, is dat de slaapkamerdeur niet dicht kan, en bij het openslaande raam het zonnescherm is afgebroken (was al toen we binnen kwamen en de steunen zaten nog afgebroken op het kozijn) waardoor je om 6:00 in de ochtend wakker werd van het daglicht wat precies via dat raam de slaapkamer in schijnt. Ook hadden wij het probleem dat het afgelopen donderdag een feestdag was, dus alles was dicht, en ons toiletpapier was op (gezien het niet fantastisch voorradig was bij binnenkomst) dus beneden gevraagd bij het restaurant of ze toevallig 1 rolletje konden missen. Ook daar had ik niet het gevoel dat ik welkom was door de houding van die mensen.

Großes gemütliches Apartment mit guter Anbindung an die Berge für zwei Personen.

Die Lage ist überragend für einen Aufenthalt zum Wintersport, da ein Skigebiet sowie der Skibus in fußläufiger Entfernung sind. Auch für Bergfreunde im Sommer auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und hilfreich.

Dass Apartment für drei oder vier Personen anzubieten, bzw. für die zusätzlichen Personen einen so hohen Extrabetrag zu verlangen, halte ich für ungerechtfertigt. Das "Schlafsofa" für die dritte bzw. vierte Person ist tatsächlich ein gewöhnliches Sofa. Dieses ist von der Länge zwar ausreichend zum Schlafen, jedoch ist in der Mitte der Liegefläche genau der Übergang zwischen zwei Bauteilen des Sofas. Es schläft sich daher so als ob ein Brett im Bett liegt. Eine vierte Person müsste wahrscheinlich zur Hälfte auf dem Fußhocker liegen. Dies ist alles andere als komfortabel und nicht mit einem gewöhnlichen Schlafsofa zu vergleichen. Hier könnte der Vermieter nachbessern.
