走路就能抵達神樂滑雪場，非常方便。有雪具室與乾燥室，能輕鬆存放滑雪用品。我們抵達時已經算季末了，因此沒有享用到早餐。住宿方有提供澡堂的優惠券，是鄰近幾個澡堂聯盟共用的，我們某日在湯澤車站附近待得較晚，並直接在那邊泡湯再回到住宿，才發現優惠券通用，真是太好了！
整體衛生度都很好，但是二樓的洗手槽出水有點顏色。
