越後湯沢からの至近距離で、窓からは新幹線ホームが見え、街のど真ん中に位置する好立地。スタッフの案内も親切で的確でした。海外のバックパッカーが好みそうな機能的な造りで、一階の焼肉屋で夕食、８時頃からは二階のバーで軽く飲んで国際交流。最後には三階のドミトリールームに上がって、お陰さまで朝まで熟睡できました👍️。
三階建てのコンクリート建物は古いと思われ、リノベーションを繰り返している感じ。手作り感のあるペイントや二段ベッドは完成度が今一つ。但し、この雰囲気を好む外国人も多そうなので、好き嫌いの範囲になるだろう。部屋の中にゴミ箱が無かったので、ゴミを持ち帰りました。

Its close to the station, just 2-3 mins walk.
hot water not working, my rooms location is not same as the check in counter, some rooms are its separate building. its confusing for the guest to check in
