    Literally a short walk (less than 5 mins) to the Mitsumata ropeway which is the access point for the ski resort! It was a brilliant stay.

    Surprisingly well maintained! Everything is clean and new. Equipment rental are available and very reasonably priced. Owner and Stafff can speak English. No Onsen which is a pity. Rooms not very sound proof. Overall, amazing stay.

    I first came here in 2004, and almost every year after that. 100 meters walk from the Mitsumata Ropeway. The picture I posted here shows you the walk distance on the iPhone 1X camera setting.
