    They offer free service between the hotel and trains stations(even the ski resorts). Staff were so friendly and accommodating. There's also a ski resort just outside the hotel. Literally you can see people skiing and snowboard from your window. I was surprised with the buffet breakfast. So many options. And Just 5 min walk from the hotel, there's cheap but good onsen/sauna inside another hotel. And it's accessible to the public. Only 1000 yen per person. It has an outdoor area which looks great.

    The bed was so hard that my neck and back bone hurt every morning when we woke up. We found someone else’s hairs on the bed. We booked for 3nights but had to leave on the second day cuz of the poor bed

    I was transferred to Hotel Justice which was maintained by same owner. So my review is related to that hotel. Overall nice experience, good location, near to ski outing area. Also helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well spaced for 2 people. Only con is, if you are vegetarian or vegan there are very limited food options.
