A quick trip to Salzburg.

It is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood (despite being close to the airport). Everything you need for a good night's sleep and a simple meal. There are several shops nearby where you can stock up on essentials for your morning breakfast. The distance to the city centre is acceptable. Very good communication with the owners.

Even though parking is free, it's not always right next to the building. But that's not really a big problem.

Struttura carina se disponibili alla condivisione degli spazi. Non lo consiglio. Personalmente non ci tornerei.

Camere abbastanza spaziose e pulite.

La cucina è in condivisione con gli altri ospiti, dettaglio non specificato in fase di prenotazione. Anche il bagno non può definirsi privato: noi abbiamo usufruito delle stanze al primo piano, il bagno si trova sul pianerottolo delle scale tra le due stanze (noi avevamo prenotato entrambe le stanze per cui di fatto è stato utilizzato solo dalla nostra famiglia ma se si prenota una sola stanza il bagno è inevitabilmente in comune) e comunque solo la stanza wc era dotata di chiave, mente la stanza con la doccia non si poteva chiudere. Alcuni dei teli da bagno macchiati, verosimilmente da lavaggio con candeggina. La casa è tappezzata di cartelli riportanti le regole da seguire, decisamente ridondanti. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo a mio avviso sproporzionato.

Misleading description!

Description very misleading! I didn’t realize you share the place with other people like that. This is not “an apartment”. It’s two small rooms in a two story house. Very small rooms. If you open a suitcase you have to climb over beds. It’s not peaceful as the title states-airport right outside the window. Where is the Mountain View? What garden view? What 65 m2? Private bathroom? Bathroom is in the hallway where other people walk up and down the stairs. Bathroom has mildew or something. Parking on the street. Good luck with that. Rules laminated and posted everywhere. We felt as such inconvenience. Bedsheets so rough and bed uncomfortable. And that pillow was a joke. This is basically a hostel. We were disappointed.

Krásný Salzburg

Vše bylo čisté a vybavení bylo bezproblémové. Poloha přímo u přistávací dráhy letiště nakonec nijak výrazně neobtěžovala, ale okolo 6 hod. už o něm víte, večer kolem 22 hod. byl už klid. Kuchyně byla velice dobře vybavená.

Asi největší problém bylo, když jsme na místě zjistili, že náš apartmán o 65m2 není jen náš....popis u ubytování je dost zavádějící. V praxi se jedná vždy o dva relativně malé pokoje v jednom patře, které mají společnou koupelnu a WC na chodbě okolo které chodí ostatní hosté (pokud tedy nebydlíte v nejvyššim patře). Postele moc pohodlné nebyly, byly spíš tvrdší a navíc takové vyboulené. Kuchyň se nachází v přízemí a je společná pro obě patra včetně jídelního stolu. Dřevěné schody (jinak moc hezké) dost vrzají, takže víte o každém kroku v domě. Když se někdo ve druhém patře sprchuje, tak dole v kuchyni máte pocit, že vám to musí téct za krk. Veškeré tyto nedostatky se pronajímatel snaží řešit všemožnými cedulkami a varováními, takže si navíc člověk připadá trochu omezený. Pokud by hned v úvodu bylo vše transparentně popsané, tak by i hodnocení bylo vyšší.

Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, für einen längeren Aufenthalt aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Zimmer und Bad waren gut ausgestattet.

Dass Küche und Bad mit anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt werden müssen, war nicht besonders angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung über der Einflugschneise zum Salzburger Flughafen war für eine Nacht akzeptabel, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde es aber stören.

It was clean that’s about it,

Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were used and rough. Noise coming from nearby airport. Mold on shower ceiling. Bathroom outside the room Shower outside the room . It is advertised as an apartment but in reality it’s two separate rooms with bathroom and shower outside on the stairs

Lovely location for a family vacation

Beautifully, clean, quiet apartment. We had the 2nd floor to ourselves & it was perfect for our family. The bathroom was clean and a perfect size. The shared living room and kitchen were great. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We had two teens and they had plenty of room in the Golden Room to hang out and not be on top of each other. Perfect alternative to tight hotel room.

Be ready to hunt for street parking if you are driving a car.

Salzburg kousek a posezení na zahrádce

Velmi dobrá dostupnost - 20 minut do centra Salzburgu busem, večer a ráno jsme využili posezení na zahrádce u domu. Čisté vybavení i koupelna na patře k pokoji, ve společné kuchyni vše, co potřebujete včetně kávy. Pár set metrů je obchod s potravinami. Parkovani na ulici zdarma. Přespali jsme s rodinou dvě noci a nemáme co vytknout. Majitel s námi komunikoval, byl velmi milý.

a cidade é pequena então a localização fora do centro não é um problema para quem estava de carro como nós. o jardim nos fundo da casa é encantador. o banheiro é bom e os quartos tem um bom tamanho.

falta de privacidade. um ponto que precisa ficar mais claro é se trata de aluguel de quartos e não de apartamentos. isso foi uma surpresa desagradável. explico: é uma casa com 3 andares. no térreo é uma cozinha coletiva, os dois andares seguintes tem 2 quartos cada e um banheiro no meio, no corredor. cada um desses andares é um "apartamento". quem fica no primeiro andar fica com pouca privacidade pois os hospedes do segundo precisam passar por ali. as escadas fazem muitos rangidos o que incomodou as outra família que já estava dormindo quando chegamos.

Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass es sich um ein Haus handelt, das mit anderen Gästen geteilt wird. Es geht aus der Beschreibung (auf Deutsch) nicht klar heraus, dass Küche, Wohnzimmer und Garten Gemeinschaftsräume mit anderen Gästen darstellen. Badezimmer und WC sind am Gang (also auch nicht ganz privat). Belehrende Hausregeln sind im ganzen Haus verteilt.

Everything Die moderne Einrichtung, das kostenlose Parken und die Wäschemöglichkeiten übertrafen unsere Erwartungen. Der ruhige Garten trug zur friedlichen Atmosphäre bei. Amazing Experience! Must book this place!

Lovely modern apartment with easy access to the old town. Spacious, well-designed, and owner was accommodating to our early arrival. Clear and friendly communication. Short bus ride to the center, great local restaurant recommendations. Conveniently close to the bus station. Will book again if we return to Salzburg.
