Perfect mini break for our family
Location was great, boat to Bruges 10 steps from your front door, 15 mins drive to knokke, perfect base.
Parking is some distance to the house, no big deal for us but maybe for some.. some construction noise early morning 7am And some road noise during sleep, no fault of Maison Héromie

The city of Damme is so comfortable and friendly. Renting electric bikes was the best experience.
It was a very hot week and the bottom floor got pretty warm. With no screens it was hard to open windows at night. But the air conditioner in the attic bedroom kept both the second and third floors comfortable.

Beautiful village house, perfect for exploring Brugge and surrounds on bike
Beautiful house in a fantastic village location, perfect for cycling along the canal to Brugge as a family. Damme itself also has a number of places to eat and drink.
There was a small bit of road noise from the cobbled road outside, if you were after absolute tranquility. Traffic was light, but it is an agricultural area so there are tractors passing on the cobbles. We quickly stopped noticing it especially with the ridiculously comfortable beds!

Lovely property only 10 mins outside Bruges
So pleased we booked this property for my son's 21st birthday Its in a great location and is comfortable and very well equipped with lots of extras which we appreciated. The beds are super comfortable and the whole property is well maintained Damme is a lovely location only 10 mins from Bruges . We would stay again
The only minor issue was an intermittent smell of drains from one of the showers but we have noticed this in other places we have been whilst we have been in Bruges so maybe due to old pipes .It wouldn't stop us visiting again though

Séjour très agréable
Très belle maison , bien décorée , lumineuse et très bien équipée et confortable .Située dans un joli village proche de Bruges .
Proximité d'une route très passante tôt le matin . pour la chambre sous les toits , manque d'un banc pour poser la valise et d'un fauteuil pour y déposer les vêtements .
