Location was excellent, able to walk to everything in Bruges. It had ample space for our family and was close to the hotel where you check in. It has lovely windows for light and a cute little balcony area. Washington machine was helpful for clothing. Staff were very responsive and helpful, really appreciated their courtesy.
The heat wave was challenging, should have asked for more fans to be able to sleep. The big windows meant it was bright and hot! Bed/sleeper sofa weren’t particularly comfortable. No drying rack for clothing and the anti-theft hotel hangers meant putting all clothes on the rack upstairs for drying or hanging them on the backs of chairs downstairs. The cost felt high, though likely on par for the region.

Help set up our taxi for departure and allowed early check in because room was ready. Otherwise, luggage drop was available.

Wonderful location very close to the main square and the city's historic attractions, very roomy and modern apartment with a deck. Perfect for our stay.
We had hoped there would be washing facilities as it was an apartment, however the apartment was spotless and had everything else we needed.
