In order to make clear and proper agreements, we have a few house rules. We kindly ask you to comply with these rules and treat our property with respect. Our holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. If this number is exceeded, we may deny access to the property to additional persons. For additional guests who stay without permission, a surcharge of 25% of the rental price per additional person will be charged, which may be deducted from the deposit. Please note that the property is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the two floors. Good neighbours make for a pleasant atmosphere, so we would like to keep any nuisance to them to a minimum. Noisy parties are not welcome, so if you are planning to hold a bachelor party or similar gathering, it may be better to choose another location. Pets are not allowed in the holiday home to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests. We kindly ask you to observe this rule. In addition, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This policy has been put in place to maintain a fresh and clean environment for everyone staying with us. We would also like to point out that the fireplace cannot be used during your stay. The logs in the fireplace are for decorative purposes only and are not firewood. On each floor, you will find a floor plan clearly indicating the locations of the fire detection systems, fire extinguishers and emergency exits. There is also a first aid kit available in the laundry room in case of an emergency. It is important that your own electrical appliances are in good working order and do not overload the electrical installation. Storing or lighting fireworks in the house is strictly prohibited. In addition, candles may only be lit in the special holders provided by us. Upon departure, we request that you leave the property in a neat and clean condition (swept clean). Ensure that all furniture is returned to its original place. Dispose of waste properly, flush the toilets and leave them clean. Do not forget to put the dishes away in the cupboards, empty the dishwasher and clean any appliances that have been used. Don't forget to turn off all the lights and close the windows.
