Great value for money and a good amount of space for two people.
Excellent location with a lovely breakfast spot within walking distance.
Convenient for the airport and felt very safe.
The host was patient, waited for us despite our delay, and was very helpful.
Check-in and check-out were easy, with clear instructions.
Considering the price and location, none of these were major issues for us. However, I thought they were still worth mentioning.
It's a very old building, so even though the apartment was clean, the building itself and common areas felt a bit dated and worn.
The bedding could have been a bit fresher.
The kettle does not switch off automatically when the water boils, so it needs to be watched.

Located close to the airport, you can easily go by walk (about 1km)
Not a bad bed and you have a full apartment, convenient for a small layover. If you want to go to city center you can order a yandex taxi, it's not expensive. Some restaurants are close to this location. The owner is very nice and helpful (we spoke 50% English 50% russian). There's a washing machine if you want to clean your clothes.
