The owner indicated the meeting point in Google Map in advance, so it was easy to reach the property, although it took a bit more time from the airport than I imagined. (Next morning, I found a short cut to the airport.) The bedroom, which was pretty large, kitchen, bathroom & toilet were clean and in order, so I could spend one night very comfortably. Payment could be settled by credit card with a handy settlement machine very easily.
Nothing especially, but if I point out one thing, it would have been appreciated if the rate was a bit lower.

The hostess met me at the airport, and walked me to the apartment, pointing out local shops and cafes along the way. The apartment is well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. A lovely place that is only 10min from the airport on foot. I will gladly stay here again :)

Great value for money and a good amount of space for two people.
Excellent location with a lovely breakfast spot within walking distance.
Convenient for the airport and felt very safe.
The host was patient, waited for us despite our delay, and was very helpful.
Check-in and check-out were easy, with clear instructions.
Considering the price and location, none of these were major issues for us. However, I thought they were still worth mentioning.
It's a very old building, so even though the apartment was clean, the building itself and common areas felt a bit dated and worn.
The bedding could have been a bit fresher.
The kettle does not switch off automatically when the water boils, so it needs to be watched.
