As clean and modern as it can be. Spacious for two persons. Plenty of facilities for making breakfast and light meals. Separate room for hanging laundry. Well heated. Neighbourhood seems safe and quiet.
About 30 minutes walk to centre of city. So keep that in mind if you expect less. But still there are a lot to see nearby.

Exceptional place. Whilst it’s a short taxi ride to places of interest, it’s so cheap to get around and there’s also many bus stops nearby. The apartment is located next to Central Park and the river, very nice for runs or walks. It also has a wonderful breakfast/coffee place downstairs and a convenience store. We loved our stay, the apartment is spacious, kitchen is well stocked, great bathroom, nice area to lounge in and bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would love to stay at the place again if in Almaty.
That it was booked up when we returned to Almaty and we couldn’t stay a second time :)

Felt like a home from home. Beautiful clean apartment with all the amenities you need. Amazing peaceful location right next to the park but within 20 minutes walking distance to lots of attractions.
