الموقع هو ما يميز الشقة كونها قريبة جداً من الخدمات وبإمكانك زيارة عدة أماكن سياحية مشياً على الأقدام وإن كان بصحبتك أطفال مثل شارع عربات والسوق الأخضر والحديقة الكبيرة التي بها الكنيسة الخشبية. مع وجود عدة مقاهي ومخبز أسفل البناية ووجود هايبر ماركت بما يقرب 300 إلى 400 متر من الموقع. كذلك يميز الموقع به حماية عالية ومحيط المبنى نظيف جداً بشكل عام. الشقة عبارة عن غرفة طولية وبها مطبخ تحضيري ودورة مياه. في رأيي الشخصي تكفي لشخصين مع طفل واحد. ونظافتها جيدة تعتبر. الانترنت ممتاز. المطبخ التحضيري ممتاز.
الأثاث مستهلك كثير والسرير غير مريح إطلاقاً وخصوصاً إذا كنت تعاني من آلام الظهر فإن هذا السرير غير صحي بتاتاً. كما أنا الغنفة (الكرسي المقابل للتلفزيون) قديم والوبر بدأ يظهر عليه. بعض الإنارات في دورة المياه لا تعمل. لا يوجد تصريف للمياه على ارضية دورة المياه. لا توجد أكياس زبالة في حالة السكن لأكثر من يوم وأردت التخلص من المخلفات. لا توجد نظافة يومية للشقة.

Все отлично, чисто. Развитая инфраструктура, рядом Арбат где можно погулять, рестораны Чисто белье , комфортная мягкая постель

Хозяин очень понимающий, вошел в положение разрешил нам въехать по раньше. Чисто, уютно, есть все принадлежности для проживания. Расположение топ. Спасибо большое
