Perfect for me - ad it was a business trip and i will book again

For me it was perfect - a hidden gem. the house is a little bit outdoted.. but when you open the door to your appartment you are in a different environment, bright-warm and modern. With everything you need!

Parking is availlable.. in theory easy. Take care that you come before 6pm. Otherwise just park there where nobody would park in your home countries ..-:) (walkways etc...)

Easy to find, well located compact unit. All necessary facilities for a comfortable stay were available. We would definitely like to stay again on our next visit.

Victime d'une première arnaque sur Booking et service client pas mieux que ses concurrents

Rien car je n'ai pas pu occuper le logement: les clés de l'appartement sont dans une boite à clé qui est située d'après la propriétaire à 2 mn en voiture de l'appartement. Mais quand je me suis rendue à l'adresse indiquée, il n'y avait pas de boite à clé. La propriétaire qui me guidait via WhatsApp jusque là ne répondait plus et le service client Booking était inaccessible.

Annonce mensongère: 1. "parking facile" : j'ai mis 15mn à trouver une place à 10mn à pied de l'appartement (que j'ai du quitter pur aller chercher la clé dans la boite à clé à une autre adresse). Une habitante du quartier m'a expliqué que passé 17h, il était très compliqué de trouver une place. 2. "Idéal pour pro en déplacement": quand on est en déplacement professionnel comme moi, on cherche un logement pratique car on arrive souvent tard, la nuit et sous la pluie ce soir là. Une boite à clé est à une autre adresse (ou il est également compliqué de trouver une place pour se garer), ce n'est absolument pas fait pour les pro. 3. Appartement non accessible: quand la clé ne se trouve pas à l'adresse indiquée et que la proprio ne réagit pas, ce n'est pas cool 4. Quand le service client booking vous laisse attendre dans le froid avec un message d'attente "le temps d'attente étant plus long que d'habitude, blablabla.." ce n'est pas cool 5. Quand la propriétaire ne répond pas au service client Booking pour me rembourser suite à réclamation, ce n'est pas cool 6. Quand le service client me dit que Booking va me rembourser et ne le fait finalement pas (car je n'ai pas suivi la procédure d'après eux), ce n'est pas cool 7. La propriétaire a eu l'amabilité de m'envoyer une facture sur demande, je vois qu'elle prend 35€ pour le ménage qu'elle n'a pas fait! Elle a un sens de l'humour très particulier...

Très beau logement propre et accueillant

Hôte très disponible et à l'écoute de vos besoins. Facile à contacter directement avant pendant et même après le séjour. Le logement est propre, suffisamment grand et très bien décoré. La vue est très sympa. Stationnement facile dans la rue. Je recommande ce logement.

Le seul bémol c'est l'arrivé tardive à partir de 18h seulement, mais l'hôte nous a accordé d'accéder plus tôt à l'appartement pour cette fois.

El apartamento cuenta con todas las facilidades necesarias para pasar una bella estancia. La hospitalidad de Nella es increíble, siempre muy atenta para que los huéspedes estén cómodos. El apartamento está muy limpio y muy bien equipado, se nota que el anfitrión se preocupa por sus huéspedes. Ojalá todos los anfitriones fueran igual. Muchísimas gracias 😊

La verdad que todo perfecto. Quizá el hecho de que las cortinas no cubren por completo la luz, no es un problema pero si un punto a tener en cuenta si eres una persona sensible a la luz para dormir.

Weekend à Lille

Nous nous sommes rendu dans cet appartement en famille pour assister au concert de Bruce Springsteen au Decathlon Arena de Lille. Nous y étions en 20mn en voiture, c'était parfait ! Quand à l' appartement en lui même, il très propre, bien sécurisé , non loin de lille. Il y a des commerces aux alentours. À l'intérieur il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire dont vous avez besoin. On s'y sent vraiment comme chez soit! Il y a une très bonne atmosphère. Et surtout, une hôte incroyablement gentille, disponible et réactive , et ça je peux vous dire que ça fait toute la différence !

Si vraiment je devais rechercher la petite bête, car tout était vraiment super, ce serait peut être de revoir le positionnement de la tringle à rideau de la chambre pour que la lumière de l'extérieur ne passe pas sur le dessus des rideaux, et rendre ceux du salon un peu plus occultant également. Autrement tout est vraiment parfait 👍
