Alte Fenster . Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Kreuzung …Lautstärke . Dazu leider der Geruch von der Bäckerei riecht man auch im Badezimmer oben !!!

Plutôt bien dans l’ensemble mais vraiment revoir le problème des insectes , la propreté du linge car il doit avoir beauc

- ce que j’apprécie c’est que si il y a un problème , le propriétaire est disponible pour t’apporter assistance. - l’emplacement est bien , tout est approximité - APPARTEMENT EST ACCESSIBLE AUX TRANSPORTS EN COMMUN ( bus , tram et metro ) . Centre commercial en face c’est génial ! - ENVIRONNEMENT CALME MAIS PAS TROP NON PLUS CAR ON ENTENDS LA CIRCULATION , (si on ouvre la fenêtre 🪟 ) .

- il y avait des insectes et je déteste sa , ( araignée, moustiques, mille pattes , papillon… ) « phobie d’insectes » . - il faisait incroyablement chaud dans l’appart comparer à l’extérieur. Malgré qu’on mettait le ventilateur j’ai l’impression qu’on donnait un peu plus de chaleur dans l’appart par la ventilation. - les draps n’était pas propre . Il y avait des taches 🫟 . Je suis déçu car la première fois cela m’avait beaucoup plus . Peut être c’est parce que je ne connaissais pas les lieux . Mais je pense qu’il pourrait faire un effort dans l’investissement de nouveaux draps House/ Plat mais aussi dans les oreilles ( drap oreiller) . Et aussi dans les ustensiles de cuisine car pour préparer à manger c’est compliqué avec des petites marmite pour ma part .

Appartement pratique dans Roubaix centre

L'appartement de Geoffrey est agréable pour 1 couple + 1 ado. Il est situé juste en face de la rue de boutiques outlet. L'immeuble n'est par contre pas bien entretenu et les communs en travaux.

Génial 🥰

- l’appartement est propre . - le médiateur/ Propriétaire est très à l’écoute et sympathique. - la literie est très confortable - il y a une boulangerie juste en bas c’est génial pour le petit dej. - il y a Netflix et YouTube . ( mini cinéma entre nous le soir c’était cool devant la télé )

- Le bâtiment est sale - l’emplacement est bien : Il y a le commerce aux alentours sa c’est top ! mais sauf que avec la circulation le samedi soir c’est très bruyant avec les jeunes du quartier .
