Good value for money.

Everything was arranged for us and we had no issues during our stay. The flat is located close to a metro station.

The streets nearby are quite dark at night but we felt safe.

Rubbish, never going back.

We did not like anything

Biggest issue: no -keys to the patio door, property open all the time, we felt unsafe. I've raised this with the owner, no help provided. Flat very small, nothing to compare to the pictures. Sofa bed once open you can't go to the toilet, squeaky noice makes you unable to sleep. Coffee machine is very old, unable to use it. Soap in the bathroom in water consistency, no toilet paper, no rubbish bags. Toilet seat broken. Shutters on one window in bedroom not working. Overall impression - very poor, once on holiday we don't want to worry about safety of feel unwelcome, minimum comfort required too, we did not get any of those.

I loved the place! There's plenty of space to park the car in the street next to the building, the appartment was really clean and comfortable with everything you need for a 1 to 2 weeks stay. The owner was super helpful and quick to answer any queries. The location is also very nice to visit Belgium, less than an hour drive from both Bruges and Ghent. I hope I'll get the chance to come back :)

Прекрасное месторасположение, 5 минут пешком остановка трамвая Victor, метро, вокзал Gare de Tourcoing, центральная площадь. И в тоже время, жилье расположено на тихой улице, что очень комфортно. Есть своя терраса, где можно пить кофе. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым.

Если разбирать диван в гостиной, то будет трудно пройти в туалет, но диван достаточно длинный, поэтому наш сын уместился на нем без раскладывания, и проблемы не было

3ième passage dans ce logement qui correspond parfaitement à nos besoins petits soucis à l'arrivée avec la porte de l'immeuble qu'il fallait pousser très fort et un manque de sacs poubelle, mais tout a été réglé durant notre séjour;

Logement confortable et entièrement équipé. Belle proximité de Lille ainsi que de la Belgique. Transports en commun et supermarché Auchan accessibles à pied. Personnel très réactif. NOUS RECOMMANDONS !

Le confort et la propreté

Comme il est dit merci de ne pas faire de bruit après 22 heures. Ce n’était pas respecté par les autres voisins.
