Very good

The host was very welcoming, we met her on the pre defined time of arrival, she gave us a quick tour of the property and recommended us with restaurants and places to visit, the apartment was very charming and we enjoyed our stay, we wished we could have spent another night there, we would definitely recommend it

The wifi was pretty slow, so if you have to rely on it, it might be an issue

Excellent and comfortable stay in a stylish apartment with friendly and welcoming host.

Very comfortable and stylish property. Modern decoration and all the facilities needed for a short leisure or business stay.

The stairs to the bedroom are very steep. (Not a problem for us, but could be a problem for less able visitors or people with vertigo).

Une propreté parfaite, des équipements judicieux dans un cadre chaleureux, très agréable, tout comme l'accueil. Le stationnement est assez simple et la localisation est à la fois proche de tout et au calme de la circulation. Je recommande !

Oké, goede uitvalsbasis voor naar Lille of Roubaix te gaan.

- hele vriendelijke en meedenkende gastvrouw - fijne buurt en makkelijk parkeren - metro (naar Centrum Lille) om de hoek - voldoende faciliteiten op de kamer - heerlijke douche

- comfort van meubilair ontbrak voor ons (klein bankje, kleine tv, kleine stoelen). - geen tv in woonkamer (en tv op slaapkamer enkel Franse zenders) - toiletrolhouder ontbrak (misschien detail maar snel opgelost) - weinig restaurants/ eetcafe’s op loopafstand (maar daar kan de gastvrouw niets aan doen) Tip: ietwat minder aankleding waardoor de ruimte beter benut kan worden mbt comfort.

La propietaria es encantadora, nos ayudó en otras cuestiones que se nos presentaron, fue muy generosa. El apartamento está lleno de detalles en la cocina, el pequeño desayuno fue una grata sorpresa.

Echamos de menos una lavadora. Subir y, especialmente, bajar las escaleras, era un deporte de alto riesgo, debes hacerlo concentrado.

Très bel emplacement pour une découverte de Lille

Accueil très agréable. Propriétaire très communicative. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien à son contact. Le logement est pratique, bien décoré et également avec un équipement largement suffisant pour un séjour de quelques nuits.

Le matelas (et/ou peut-être le sommier) est à changer. Nous avons eu mal au dos dès la première nuit. C'est dommage, car tout le reste est super.

Appartement très propre et confortable. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour. Super accueil. À proximité du métro pour se rendre à Lille centre (ou ailleurs) sans utiliser la voiture.

Studio soigné et agréable

Coquet studio avec lit en mezzanine, bien équipé pour se faire à manger -four ET micro onde-, déco très agréable. Quelques basics pour le petit déjeuner. Supermarché à 10min à pied. Métro vers Lille Centre à 2min. L'hôtesse est très gentille et très réactive !

La literie beaucoup trop dure et l'escalier pour accéder à la mezzanine -et donc au lit- type échelle de meunier avec marches en alternance : accès pas facile pour tout le monde ! La télé n'est pas dans la pièce principale mais en face du lit, du coup obligé de se coucher pour en profiter c'est dommage... Pas de véritable table pour manger juste un "bar" avec des tabourets plutôt inconfortables... une table, même pliante, et deux chaises seraient les bienvenues.
