    Very strange experience, to say the least. We hurriedly booked this for a week without reading reviews, which is my fault. We are not picky, but this place left a bad experience, and it is mostly due to the hostess. Even before meeting us she started complaining that she does not earn money here, and was trying to upsell us with a jacuzzi and other things. This complaint lasted for the whole week either directly or via WhatsApp. That is very impolite. If you don't like it, increase the price or do not rent at all. There is no private parking, just parking on the street. Room itself is ok but it is converted to a storage room: its crowded with a bunch of stuff that should not be there. We found dirty towels. She was explaining that it is bread crumbs or seeds from the washing machine. I don't care what it is, if it is not clean, it is dirty. She was surprised that we don't have our towels. We were surprised that they are not provided. In all places we have stayed - clean towels, clean bed, and shower - basic needs that nobody questions. Lots of things need to be fixed there: the door needs some magic to be locked, the radiator hanging 45 degrees, the hot stowe not working (we did not need it, but just showed her), the fire alarm hanging 45 degrees on one nail, at night when we were leaving electricity was gone. All signs that room is not well maintained, all could be fixed in less than hour. Lots of stuff needs cleaning there - we looked inside the toaster and immediately decided we are not using this. Resume: throw everything out, then it will be easier to clean and maintain the room, increase the price and stop complaining.

    Business travelling once a week, this is the only strange experience I had to say the least
    1) According to the confirmed booking : Arrivée lundi 23 janvier 2023 (14:00 - 23:00). But the owner called to say arrival not before 6PM, which is a big difference from information on Booking. Although I would have appreciated to get into the room earlier, I arrived around 6h30 as requested. 2) the owner called at 15h02 to propose breakfast cash payment, dinner and SPA and I was in the office with a colleague. To be polite, I asked the call and declined all the offers. 3) when stepping into my room around 6h30PM, again the owner was trying to sell breakfast, bio-dinner and SPA. As my answer was negative, she exposed her financial situation. What’s more she explained to me a client like me is really not interesting at all: With my Genius level 3, booking commission and Urssaf’s part, she earns I quote “j’ai des cacahouètes”. Why not refuse my booking in this case! 4) the owner requested a cash deposit of 20€ which is not indicated on Booking.com neither. The amount is not a problem but the issue is transparence when booking. 2) Bed is not a real bed, but it’s my fault and I didn’t checked the pictures before booking. I though if only one bed, the bed should be automatically a real bed, not a convertible sofa bed. I am 1,71m and it’s not comfortable for me. 3) On departure, first my computer was thrown out. Then my luggage, in fabric which can get wet easily, after the whole night’s rain and still raining when I left on Jan 26 around 8h30 AM. At the end, the cash deposit was thrown out. All because I asked a receipt for the payment already made on Jan 16 2023 for a stay from 23 to 26 jan. Till now on Jan 31, still nothing with TVA that I can use for my reimbursement of this business trip.

    the room is too small , where there are a lot of old and unnecessary things , towels are long out of order , there is no closet , hangers for clothes just in the toilet . it's not worth the money we paid

    she was not friendly and place was very dirty. and she was complaining about the price of Booking.com and she said that you should give me more money. and I said her it’s not my problem and she didn’t accept. it was very complicated to understand her, because she doesn’t speak English. it was very bad experience for me in my Booking.com history. I don’t recommend you anyone.
