Comfortable stay in great location
Location is brilliant, cottage is comfortable and having the extra parking is great particularly if you have a bigger car.

Lovely house in a perfect location.
Location was perfect, extremely convenient. House was comfortable (especially the bed!). Everything we needed was provided. Easy to access the house.
The shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature and the toilet often did not fill up once it was flushed.

Don't be shy!
Comfortable beds with good bed linen. Lovely towels.
The carpets needed a clean, there was a sick stain outside the main bedroom door (we could see and smell it). There was a lipstick mark on the mug I selected to use when we arrived. There is pink mould on the silicone around the bath. The heating kept coming on full during the night and nearly cooking us. No blinds in bathroom and toilet giving houses opposite a view!

Milk in fridge was 1 week out of date. Garden at back of property could have been lovely but very overgrown with weeds and trees blocked view of stream. Shame as it could be lovely with just a little bit of tidying

We enjoyed a nice 3 days with great weather for walking in the Dales.
It was clean and in a great location to Hawes. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.
The outside space had lots of potential overlooking the hills, but needed some TLC - removing the weeds and a touch of paint would have made the area much more pleasant to sit in.
