Good instructions for check-in, and easy to access the property. Great location, everything in Hawes right on your doorstep. Two dedicated parking places. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, pretty much everything you'd need available and working. Strong WiFi. Plenty of storage space. Effective heating and hot water. Decorated Xmas tree was a nice touch for the season. Plenty of space for 2 of us, might have been a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults.

Would have preferred not to have an automatic light in the downstairs bathroom...blinding at night. No garden, or similar private area, to sit outside.

Everything…location standard of finish comfort and on this occasion a beautiful illuminated Christmas tree

Breakfast not applicable. Location so close to petrol fuel station you had to drive through it to get to our car space

Dirty tea stained mugs and tea pot we had to bleach and wash as well as all other plates and cutlery. Table place mats stained and health hazard. Double bedding covered in hair on arrival and we had to purchase new bedding. Skirting boards dirty. Shower safety handles clean on top but underneath filthy. Ground floor bathroom more like a boot room with marked walls and filthy runners could be seen to class doors. Doors could be opened to access cleaning fluids at child height with no warning or lock. Moved bed side table in small room closer to bed to find skirting boards dirty not cleaned where table had been. Down side of single bed 1/2eaten biscuit and Xmas wrapper. Such a shame as so much detail in decor. Didn’t contact agent due to there lack of response. Sent 2 emails which had been received but no response after 2 weeks so I phoned and was told it was due to volume of emails. They did answer my queries except one and said they would phone back the next day. Still waiting. The emergency list they supplied was ambiguous and useless other than at every opportunity reminding you they were holding onto your £150 deposit. Which was not mentioned at booking stage. I have photos for all issues raised. The best comment in the welcome manual was we controlled the electric heaters but they checked the meter readings. Was this referring to the £150 again?

Great location - walking distance to Hawes Town Centre, Visitor Information Centre and Wensleydale Creamery. The property was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Apartment was very well equipped, a very central Location, although it was a little noisey with the window open as it was very close to the main road.

The cottage is close to the town of Hawes.

There is no mention in the description of being next to a petrol station. The only place to sit is on the driveway of the cottage next door, even though a bench was shown in description. The allocated parking spaces are overgrown with high weeds. Inside the cottage was not clean, oven was disgusting with grease. The wardrobe sliding door runners dirty. Nice pile of dead flies in the corner behind the table and chairs, I could gone on.... it needs a good clean and it would be a lovely cottage to stay in.

Well equipped kitchen, comfie sofa, the plushest nicest towels, felt safe, lots of games to play and kitchen pack with bin stuff and washing stuff - very thoughtful :)

The fridge hadn’t been cleaned at all. The shower had rusty screws in the back splash / tile. The electric radiator didn’t work in the downstairs hallway. The double bed felt tiny in such a big room which could definitely support a king or even a super king - one of us slept in the single bed a few nights for space. The electrics look weird behind the tv (an hdmi coming out the side of a plug?) a memory card had been left on the bedside table? The wooly throw on the sofa had really long black hairs (off someone’s head) all over it and then we found more in the bedroom. The big chandelier light in the living room has 6 lights, 4 were working and were a mix of warm and cool white.

Good location in Hawes including parking. Well equipped.
