Fab location, great kitchen. Loved the woodburner and plenty of hot water for baths. Friendly neighbours, great area for walking.
A light at the property over the key safe would have been very useful for finding the property and gaining entry. We've slept in comfier beds

A cute cottage for a quaint Yorkshire dales experience
The location of the cottage is great, hidden at the end of the high street and back onto beautiful rolling hills with sheep and bunny right outside. It was quiet and yet close to things. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Some facilities are a bit tricky to use, the cooking hob was a challenge and half to figure out; none of the cooking pans is in good condition; the boiler was quite loud. Otherwise most facility are to a good useable standard and the house gives a cosy vibe.

perfect location in centre of town but still quite, nice rear views , parking for a car , lots of good pubs and food, short drive to yorkshire 3 peaks

Perfect for a long weekend with outdoor activities planned
The property was a perfect location for our cycling and walking activities and the village shops and pubs and cafes were on the doorstep. It was really comfortable and warm and spacious. We felt at home.
Having a shower was a little awkward. Trying to make sure the water didn’t splash over and nowhere to put shower gel, shampoo etc… without leaning out. We managed but wouldn’t be suitable for less able people. Just thought this information should be available for people when deciding to stay.

Wonderful weekend break in a gorgeous cottage in a beautiful town in a magical area.
Rose cottage is beautiful, well appointed and in a fantastic location.
It was everything we expected it to be and better.
