Comfortable and spacious room. Very generous breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very clean.

The location is on the main high street so a bit noisy with traffic, even with windows closed. The shower only ran hot water, and I couldn't get it any cooler. I reported this to the cleaning staff. The internet wasn't working (but that was a temporary glitch, I think)

Great location

The first room was amazing very spacious but the shower was scalding hot and couldn’t be made colder so we got moved to a much smaller dark room but the shower worked ! We weren’t told when we checked in about breakfast being at the hotel next door so missed it on the first morning. A different member of staff offered to let us have a free meal that night.. which was kind of him but we had made other plans .

Clean & newly refurbished room

Shower was not useable; scalding hot & unable to adjust the temperature. Reported but no apology or repair. No hooks or hangers for towels etc in bathroom. Very few channels available on TV- not even BBC1 etc. Breakfast was in a nearby hotel and was pretty average. Staff friendly enough but often not available &/or slow service.
