Very small but cosy accommodation, perfect for a couple or two friends. It felt private and is just a short distance from Salcombe and the surrounding areas. We also loved how thoughtfully stocked it was with little essentials, from coffee and salt and pepper to tampons and makeup-removal wipes - such a lovely touch!
I was happy with the size, but it’s worth bearing in mind that there’s very limited space and no wardrobe or closet space for clothes. If you’re comfortable staying in a compact space for a few days, then aside from that, it’s perfect and you’ll really enjoy your stay!

A beautiful and thoughtfully designed boutique cottage in close proximity to Salcombe but away from the crowds and traffic.
A little hanging space for clothes (plenty of hooks but no clothes hangers), perhaps in the first alcove in the bathroom, with a shelf or small drawer for guests’ own things. But we understand the limitations given the space constraints.

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed - lovely bathroom
Parking was not convenient, as a long way from the property, which was not great considering we arrived in a storm.
While beautifully decorated and well equipped , the accommodation was tiny, with the bed filling one end. More of a narrow shepherds hut than a cottage in layout. While we felt very cosy in bed, space was very tight in the room as a whole.
The garden was also overlooked by the occupants of the main cottage, so it was hardly secret.
