Location was great: quiet (apart from the rooster every morning ;) ), close to the bus stop and the sea. Spacious, modern and nearly had everything in terms of facilities. Self check-in went smoothly as well.
The bed was unfortunately small and short, the mattress wasn’t of the best quality either. That was our biggest negative of the accomodation. Some missing details were there were no oven mittens, no small cleaning towels. Apart from that: great accomodation!

Location just what we wanted. Plenty of buses to Brighton, scenic trip. Excellent Swimming at Seaford 10-15 minutes away and nice local cliff and promenade walk. Services nearby. Neighbour area not touristy

Excellent location, beautiful with the view on the sea. Busstop nearby to get to Brighton centre. The house itself is perfect: very clean, beautiful interior, cute details such as little bottles of water in the fridge upon our arrival, cookies, incredibly soft towels, ... The hosts are easy to communicate with and they responded immediately when we had questions. We were very happy here!
