Great place to stay! This was our second visit, and we were just as pleased as the first time. The location is excellent, with easy bus links into and out of Brighton, making it simple to explore the city. Being able to enjoy a swim at Saltdean Lido was the perfect way to round off a lovely weekend. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Good location, nice kitchen and bathroom. Owner very easy to contact, also gave good local info. Decent price.
Not very soundproof, could hear owner's children very loudly at times though luckily not constant. First lightswitch is really far from the front door for when you come back after dark! No control of heating in the annexe that we saw and normal TV channels didn't work and digital channels were limited as wifi kept dropping out.
