Very accommodating host; Philip is keen to ensure a great stay for his guests and actively welcomes feedback. Very clean room and bathroom; lovely fresh towel. Barfridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, crockery, iron in room. Great location in quiet neighbourhood; close to city centre and beach by walking and bus. Great communication from the host with regards to check-in details, access codes, and any other queries one may have.
Bed linen had a slightly musty odour but they were definitely clean and I’d say it was most likely due to the way in which they dried with some damp in the air. The room and bathroom are very clean.

It was very hot. But that wasn’t really the fault of the property. It’s quite a walk to the town centre.
