Convenient, very clean and well equipped.

Check-in was smooth and the host is always responsive. We parked our car here and took a bus to go to the beach; it was about a 30-40 minute trip. The bus stop was just opposite the stay. There are a few good stores around. Over all, we liked the stay here for all 3 days.

The interior facilities were very good, bed comfortable, good WiFi.etc. Bus stop outside into Brighton centre
The initial impression from the outside - the off street parking area was scruffy

Very clean and good facilities
The TV didn’t work, I tried my Netflix account, BBC iPlayer nothing worked, it kept buffering and eventually stated an error
