The interior facilities were very good, bed comfortable, good WiFi.etc. Bus stop outside into Brighton centre

The location was great, in a quiet street but within easy reach of Brighton centre and the University. It has parking in the owners drive so our car was secure. The room was lovely, very clean with everything we needed for a very happy stay, the bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. The owners were really welcoming and helpful. Having the little kitchen as well was a real bonus.
Just a heads up that the TV remote is solar powered so was in the window.

Great little studio, great use of the space, everything you need for a short stay
The bathroom is lovely and really spacious, loads of choice of toiletries
Lot’s of choice of crockery too on the kitchen
20 mins from town
Would definitely recommend this property
Special thanks to Rose for accommodating our daughter as we had a change of plan at the last minute
Difficult to find anything but an oven would be final touch

Very clean and good facilities
The TV didn’t work, I tried my Netflix account, BBC iPlayer nothing worked, it kept buffering and eventually stated an error
