Fabulous Waterfront Apartment in Brighton Marina

Great location, cute apartment & lots of amenities

A bathmat & a tea towel would have been useful. Also a fan as it was very warm

I loved that the balcony which hung right over the water, close enough to see the mullet swimming below, was an absolute suntrap all afternoon till late in the evening. The decor was delightfully quirky and the place was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom caught the morning sun. The property felt very secure and safe, an important factor for a woman travelling alone. I recommend the nearby Laughing Dog for coffee and heavenly cake. The boat rides from the marina are reasonably priced and the day I went was perfect - hot with a cool sea breeze and water like a mill pond. ( see photos )Buses go every few minutes into town from a bus stop nearby so I parked my car in the free marina car park for the duration of my stay and just hopped on and off buses - parking in Brighton can be a nightmare. Communication with the host was always polite and very helpful. I go away for my solo holidays a few times a year but I seldom want to return to anywhere I've stayed before. I genuinely can't wait to come back to this truly fabulous waterfront apartment!

My one small criticism is I would have appreciated a full-length mirror expecially as I'm not very tall, and I couldn't quite see my face in the bathroom mirror!

Location is amazing! With the boats, yachts, on both sides of the property especially the balcony!!!

Could do with a Fan or two, or maybe an air con unit as being a tin structure building it holds the heat and gets extremely warm!!!
