A little bit scruffy someone’s curry in fridge microwave was rusty and a bit smelly curtains and blind broke dishwasher handle came off in my hand , worktop was scruffy and not practical needs wipe clean

I loved the location and the views, the sunsets from the balcony/sofa were amazing.
There were a couple of things that were broken, the front of a drawer was falling off, the handle on the dishwasher was coming off from 1 side, 1 of the deck chairs had a huge rip in it

The property was unique and some lovely morning sun and views across the marina.
Close to eateries and easy walk to Brighton. It had a tranquil ambiance.
My dog was fine but the gangway is quite narrow with large spaces between wires on handrail. It could be a little challenging with an active dog or young child.

Too much of owner's/tenant's personal stuff already in situ, eg tools and paint tins, toiletries in bathroom cupboard, foodstuff in kitchen cupboard, pet bed, blanket box. Scruffy and untidy, despite having been cleaned.
Broken handles in kitchen units, broken drawer front in sitting area.
No mention in notes that the blue key fob was also a key to open entrance gates.
Unable to work the radio.
No kitchen sink plug, washing up bowl or dish drainer.
