オーナーさんのご自宅のガレージの上をお借りする形。到着時に玄関をノックしたらGrahamさんが出迎えてくれた。とても親しみやすい方で、帰り際にも楽しく雑談させていただいた。寝室の窓からはとても綺麗に手入れされているお庭が拝見できて、ご夫妻の穏やかな生活が垣間見られるようだった。お部屋の設備や備品もきちんと整えられていて居心地が良かった。紙類はキッチンペーパー、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーが過不足なく。紅茶とスナック菓子はもとより、戸棚の中には朝食用のシリアル、冷蔵庫には牛乳とお水2本、と至れり尽くせりだった。ヘアコンディショナーはないので（この国では普通のこと）、必要な方は持参してね。車で5分程度のところに評判の良いFish&Chipsの持ち帰り店があったので、夕飯はそこで調達した。
洗った食器を入れる水切りカゴの汚れ（私が細かすぎるだけかもしれない）。気になったのは本当にこれ一点だけ。
