The apartment was beautiful in the most beautiful surroundings. It had everything we needed. The location was superb.

Arrival was complicated. Parking the car was a hassle as the instructions for collecting the key fob for the garage door were not clear. Also the garage was a good uphill walk away from the residence especially with luggage. Also, the key code given for the locker was incorrect and I needed to phone the residence to get in.

You could turn the heating on ( useful to dry the one towel each)
Since our daughter moved to Chartres we have stayed at this apartment several times. After our first or second stay I reported that the fixings for the toilet seat were totally broken. They still are almost a year later. The seat lifts off and slides around if in use.
Another strange thing is they left 2 coffee capsules for the coffee machine. As there were two people staying for three nights I question whether that’s enough - either provide more or just don’t bother cluttering up the place with a coffee machine.
Only one towel each was also a little frugal.
I think the lower door handle jams - so you’re not sure if it’s locked or stuck.
To access the parking area you need to firstly access the apartment. This made arrival and leaving more complicated than it needed to be.
