Nice flat very close to the city center. Very easy arrival. Decoration is well done. Small terrasse enjoyable.

The Wifi had some issue with no connection. The bed should be changed as seems to be old and so too soft.

I couldn’t figure out how to unlock the electric stovetop (oops!) but the concierge walked me through it over text message.

Pleasant

Pretty part of town, but local shops are several minutes away on foot.

The fridge contained a supermarket cheese and a slice of old pizza. We left them there for the next visitors. Bed too soft and unstable. Shower in the corner of the bedroom rather bizarre. But, more serious than this, the original booking reservation stated that there would be no prepayment, but my account was debited for the entire amount a month early. As I had no idea this was going to happen, and wasn't informed in advance, I assumed I'd been a victim of online fraud and cancelled my credit card, which led to considerable inconvenience. If prepayment is to be made, fine, but inform the customer first. A bit of common courtesy would have been welcome. I have no complaints about the concierge facility JHM, they were prompt at responding and polite. But the landlord needs to take a few lessons in customer service.

perfect for

travelled with one of my daughters and our dog beautifully renovated (hidden jewel behind the red shutters!) all we needed for our one night stop over and the outside space was an added bonus

L' emplacement, une terrasse extérieure utile aux beaux jours.

Séjour écourté dans cet hébergement car le matelas (en plus d être sale) était tellement creusé que nous avons passé notre pire nuit depuis bien longtemps. Resultat...nous avons préféré réserver et payer un autre hébergement pour la seconde nuit (en supplément de cette location). Informé de la situation à notre arrivée, le propriétaire n'a pas daigné prendre la situation au sérieux. Une réponse tout de même : "les draps ont été changés et sont propres"!...peut être monsieur mais cela ne suffit pas pour le confort et le bien être de vos hôtes! Il serait préférable qu'il n y ait ni énormes taches, ni poils et miettes sous ces draps !!!! Quant au reste, nous avons bien vu que le ménage était succinct (nombreux poils de chien sous les coussins du canapé, robinetterie de la douche grippée par le calcaire....) En bref communication Zéro, respect des hôtes Zéro (aucun retour malgré nos messages sans aucune agressivité) propreté plus que douteuse! Dommage car l'appart est plutôt decoré avec goût, bien situé et l'extérieur est un plus....mais cela n'est pas suffisant face à ce que nous avons vu!

N'y allez pas en semaine...

Ville sympa et jolie avec des habitants plutôt sympa.

Le prix du stationnement est prohibitif, il ne faut pas y aller en semaine et plutôt à partir de samedi en fin de journée. Aucun stationnement gratuit, la journée est à 50€ pour des places parfois à même la terre sans marquage au sol.

très sombre, en raz de chaussée. Nous avons prévenue Jordan dès nos arrivée que la douche était bouchée, mais nous n'avons pas eu de retour de sa part.

L’emplacement

La propreté des lieux vraiment pas au niveau. Lieux très humide. La literie une vrais catastrophe, sans parler de l’humidité imprégnée dans le matelas. Les lames de sols qui se décollent. Peu d’élément de cuisine. L’aspirateur pas vidé depuis très longtemps quasiment inutilisable… Le jardinet pas du tout entretenu Bref le coût n’est pas au niveau de la prestation
