we stayed two nights but could imagine staying much longer. The apartment is nicely decorated and charmingly French, very comfortable, really close to the cathedral, the river and the old city center. It is really quiet, full of light (but not too exposed to the summer heat).

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Für die kühlere Jahreszeit war bestens für Wärme gesorgt. Wir sind Chartres nach Süden, Abschnitt Weise den Jakobsweg gegangen und hatten für diese Zeit die Ferienwohnung gemietet. Da die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kathedrale liegt, war sie ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Das vorzügliche Verkehrsnetz hat uns problemlos überall hingebracht.
Für eine Woche Aufenthalt war allerdings ein Handtuch pro Person zu wenig! Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Great location and easy walk to centre and cathedral, restaurants etc. Peaceful garden and quiet cul de sac.
Very confusing and tricky arrival instruction...needed clearer instructions and order of access ie flat then underground garage with key access, as roads very narrow. No welcome pack or even bread or milk but flat comfortable.
