L'appartamento è bello, spazioso, ben illuminato, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, il condizionatore è ben proporzionato all'ambiente e la posizione è in pieno centro.
Purtroppo la camera da letto è in una mansarda molto angusta, la divisione degli ambienti non è ben fatta, si fa fatica a scendere dal letto senza sbattere la testa o strofinare contro il mobile del letto, abbiamo dovuto usare il divano letto in sala. C'è una macchinetta per il caffè ma non ci sono le capsule.
