Trento View

Not centrally located (about 30-40mins by foot from train station), but very quiet and with a spectacular view above Trento from its spacious and sunny terrace. Very nice welcome/ check-in. Everything you need in the kitchen. Bathroom with shower and spa bath.

You share the terrace with one adjacent apartment, so be aware no 100% private space outside. The little scorpion that emerged in the middle of the night in the bedroom was only at first a bad surprise, they are not dangerous (european scorpion, a sting is similar to one of a wasp and only if you step on them) - just put them outside with a piece of paper.

We’ve stayed here several times. Great views, comfortable and clean apartment. The new sofa bed was very comfortable

Staying there would be difficult without a car.

Location was fantastic with beautiful views and the property was of a really high standard. Modern and really well equipped. Easy to find and close to amenities - great all round.

Loved everything! Our host Janna was super hospitable & attentive!! The home has the perfect layout for a family, and is close to all the main attractions of Trento. Wished that we could have stayed longer… it was that wonderful!!!

Fantastic apartment with great amenities, even your own garage and a garden terrace overlooking the whole Trient Valley.

Casa comoda e ottima sembra ristrutturata recentemente.

La casa è ottima, ho riscontrato alcuni problemi: al mattino la casa era fredda e l’acqua calda scorreva solo leggermente tiepida, tanto che, rispetto all’acqua fredda pressoché ghiacciata, sembrava calda senza esserlo realmente. Inoltre, nel bagnetto piccolo il rubinetto ruota su se stesso: basterebbe stringere la vite sottostante per consentirne un utilizzo corretto. Inoltre, tra le informazioni andava specificato che la casa non si trova a Trento, ma nella frazione di Martignano, a mezza collina: forse comoda d’estate, ma scomoda d’inverno se non si dispone di un’auto. Per raggiungere Trento i mezzi pubblici sono scarsi e, per i tragitti tra casa e fermate, è necessario percorrere almeno 1 km in salita o in discesa, con temperature rigide e viuzze deserte e scarsamente illuminate. Al mio arrivo c’era una persona ad accoglierci e, dopo aver descritto l’isolamento della zona, il consiglio è stato quello di prendere il taxi per raggiungere Trento e viceversa. Non mi sembra una soluzione al problema di non aver specificato in maniera esaustiva la reale collocazione della casa. In ogni caso, senza auto, non ci tornerei. P.S. Ho preso visione della risposta di Trento View e ritengo opportuno precisare alcuni punti. Dalla descrizione fornita emerge l’impressione che chi ha redatto la risposta non abbia una conoscenza diretta del luogo, poiché il percorso viene definito come “700 metri in piano”, affermazione palesemente non corrispondente alla realtà. Non intendo contestare la distanza indicata, sebbene il navigatore ne segnalasse 900, bensì la rappresentazione oggettivamente imprecisa del percorso. Per quanto riguarda la documentazione, confermo di aver ricevuto un PDF, esclusivamente in lingua inglese, tramite email, ma solo il giorno precedente al mio arrivo.Desidero infine osservare che alcune delle precisazioni fornite appaiono superflue, soprattutto alla luce del fatto che la prenotazione non prevedeva possibilità di annullamento.
