Great breakfast, and kind people at reception. Use of spa was very expensive so I declined and I had problems in my first room so was moved to another room but then all fine.

This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful. They even have bycicles available free for guests and a nice den with games and books on the lower level.

This is a very convenient and clean hotel when we visit family in the Pergine/Madrano area. Their new restaurant is very nice. Parking is a bit difficult and the beds need better pillows. The staff is very nice and helpful. This is our third stay at Miralago and we will likely return.

This is a neat, clean hotel with a beautiful view of the Italian Alps. The staff is nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped to resolve the change in booking due to failure of Hotels.com(Expedia) staff to update their system. Spacious, comfortable and clean studio apartment with balcony view of mountains. No air-con, but not necessary as summer nights were cool. Only issue we had was not with hotel, but with the noise from vehicles going up the mountain road.

We came in the off season in Novemeber, looking for a relaxing place with not much to do. The place was great, true to the pictures with a good view of the lake and the surrounding vineyards. The staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Free bikes were wonderful to be able to take into the nearby town and ride though the beautiful countryside.

We ove the Hotel Miralago. The staff is very accommodating and the location could not be better for our vacation to visit family in Madrano. The breakfast is wonderful and the lady providing the breakfast is cheery and welcoming. The views from the rooms are stunning. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake and beautiful mountain views.The room was clean and a good size. The laundry facilities at the hotel were a real plus. It only cost one euro to wash. There were many choices for breakfast and I especially enjoyed the fresh strawberries.
