Very enjoyable stay

Travelling on Motorcycles, we were given access to secure ub=nderground parking FOC, the staff were all very helpfull and spoke great English. Superb location for us and ride outs we had planned, the attached restraunt was excellent 10/10 very friendly and superb food.

Kids friendly

Very clean room! It was also very fresh when we arrived. Air conditioning worked very well and was noiseless. Tidy playground for kids, good choice at breakfast and enough baby chairs, lots of parking spots. We had a nice mountain view from the room balcony. There was pretty lake view from a balcony of the breakfast room.

Staff so kind and available. Everything it's perfect! I've been 3 times and now it's my favourite hotel/residence in that area. The location is amazing, close to the little and pretty nice Canzolino lake...quite environment and hotel very furnished!

Perfect location and good rooms, services can certainly improve

For the price we paid, breakfast was good. It was just not mentioned that we can additionally ask them to prepare omlette or scrambled eggs or even pancakes. On the display was only bread varieties and museli and fruits kept so we just ate those. So please ask for what you can get in addition when you go for breakfast. Other than that and some discomfort we had due to not functional air condition, the stay was good. The location is amazing, right at the lake. We also had a balcony facing the lake and beautiful mountain view. It is very close to old villages nearby so all in all for the price we paid it was good.

There was Air conditioning in the room but we were not provided by the remote to operate it. There was also a regulator in the room which we thought we can use. When we tried it late at night (we came home late after dinner), it was not working at all and at 11 the reception got closed so we couldn't sleep good that night due to warm weather and suffocation. Of course we tried opening the window but the noise of the cars didn't let us sleep. When we spoke about this to the person at the reception next day, we were given the remote control for AC but also told that we should have kept the window open. This remark is a bit rude and appears as if they didnt want to accept their mistake of not giving us the remote together with the keys. Maybe they have a reason for not keeping the remote control in the room but at least this information should have been given to us while checking in specially when the reception is not 24X7.

Nice but not great

the view from the room to the lake is amazing ! the location is great for walks and not too far from Trento town center by car, the surrounding of the property is really nice !

the room size is small, there is no soundproofing in the building so you could hear all of your neighbours and especially if your neighbours have noisy kids that scream, you cannot avoid that. in short the price is too high compared to the quality.

Perfect short stay hotel for couples travelling with car

Room was spacious, clean and quite and had a big balcony - truly exceeded our expectations. Breakfast selection was very comprehensive. Service was great and friendly

This hotel is outside the city, but has free parking in the premises. There is only one restaurant in walking distance and it is limited with opening hours but food was good. The only disappointment to us was that you need to pay extra to access the "spa" (small spa area with sauna and hot tub) - this should be included for the hotel quest.
