    My reservation showed pictures of a jacuzzi, sauna and it offers a room with view. The room faced a wall (so no view). I didn't had access to the pool or the sauna, when I asked about it they said the jacuzzi and sauna were for private use of other room. If I can not use it why do I have pictures of it in my reservation. It is completely misleading! Also when I booked, I remember I was booking with breakfast, however, they said breakfast was not included and I had to pay for it again. ~€380 euros for 2 people 2 nights, without view, jacuzzi or sauna, in trento in a super inconvenient location with no highlights. I would have definitely gotten more somewhere else. I will never go back!

    My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The highlight of our stay, however, is the receptionist who checked us in. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay such a memorable one. She was also the same person who made sure we had a fabulous breakfast. Thank you so much again!

    That's was really good hotel with friendly professional stuff, thier breakfast test and they have many choices. I just had problem with check in because they close 23:00. And it was my fault that I arrive late due to delay in flight.
