Fantastic views - comfortable and great value

Magnificent view! Wonderful hosts, who kindly helped us out when our rental car company let us down on arrival. Spacious room and bathroom - and with the fabulous deck outside, even more space. We loved sitting out there in the evenings watching the colour changes on the mountains opposite. Great kitchen, especially the coffee machine! Free parking was always available. Washing machine was great to have and easy to use. Casa Lampone was a wonderful place to stay!

Superb

The appartment is comfortable and the bathroom is huge and very well equiped. It is OK for family of four, but the beds for the kids are not so comfortable. And everythung is in one room. But the host was extremely nice. He waited for us. He helped us park. The appartment is not exactly in the center, but for that the view is exceptional. There is a bus stop very near. We also managed walking to the center - about an hour. But be prepared for the uphill on the return. A very good value for money, so if you dont have to be in the center this is a very good apartment.

That all the beds are in the same room. And then it is a little crowdy. Other than that, everything was great.

Great apartment with a wonderful scenery and parking!

Good, clean, accurate apartment with a big terrace from which you have a great view. Mountains and the city are in front of you, nice! Host provides a private underground parking for your car, amazing! Kitchen with a refrigerator and cooking plate, everything is good. Pleasant communication with host.

Very good

A tidy, large apartment with beautiful views over Trento, a balcony and automatic sunshades. It had all the necessary amenities for our stay. Private parking was also available under the building. Easy to reach from the Brennero motorway.

The place could use some more decoration and furnishing to increase coziness, there were long empty hallways and rooms with unused space.

Beautiful outside View, shops 7mins, bus stop 4mins , my flight was later for two hours ,I was at hotel after 2130 pm too later (check in time till 2030)but wasn't problem with check in( assistant was wait for us) big thanks.

Tey had a really nice coffee maker but no pods for is. I would've loved to have a cup of coffee but we couldn't use the coffee we brought. It would be lovely if they had pods available!

Good price, Best if going by car

Good parking spot. The bed was pretty great. Maybe it's a better spot if one is trying to go visit the moutains arround by car, instead of the City.

Seems like a place that is starting to get its appliences right. The jar for boiling water didn't work. And we had a little incident with the Internet, but the response was excelent, tho.

Acceptable for a short stay

The size of the room, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, good interaction with the owner. Town center can be easily reached by city bus number 10 (bus stop is downhill from the corner of via Cesarini and via Bellavista); be aware that on Sunday this bus passes only once each hour (at 22 minutes past the hour).

Except for sugar and shower gel, no other amenities available in the kitchen and bathroom. The addition of even a basic supply of tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid and soap would greatly improve the overall image of the dwelling. The curtain that covers the window (can be used as a door, too to exit the apartment to the terrace in front of it) is transparent, so everybody can see inside specially if the lights are on. Via Cesarini almost immediately after entering it at the traffic light from via Bellavista forks into two branches: the left one (which contains the odd numbers) and the right one (which contains the even numbers); be sure to take the right one and you'll find Casa Lampone on your left after a couple of hundred meters. The underground garage isn't very spacious, so you might be in a trouble to park the car if you aren't accustomed to narrow spaces (like me). Fortunately, the owner has been so kind to allow me to park the car in his much larger garage (also under the house).

Exceptional

The communication was excellent. When we arrived the host greeted us and showed us the parking. He was even able to accommodate the large number of vehicles we had with us. It was very quick and easy to get settled. The self catering arrangements were brilliant. All in all it was well priced, comfy and just what we needed on our road trip.

There was nothing that my party didn't like.

I letti sono molto comodi e la posizione è molto favorevole, anche se la vista abbraccia la periferia e non il centro di Trento L’alloggio è pulitissimo e la zona è silenziosa.

Se si ospitano 3 persone, anche la 3’ ha diritto a una luce vicino al letto. Se la cucina è attrezzata, sarebbe gentile lasciare, oltre alle cialde del caffè, qualche bustina di tè e un po’ di latte. Il phon attaccato in bagno non funziona, ma in cucina si, senza specchio. Non c’è un attaccapanni dove lasciare le giacche/cappotti

Comoda e accogliente

Vista panoramica, pulizia dei locali, appartamento ben fornito (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, phon, ferro da stiro), bella la "terrazza privata" con il cancelletto, parcheggio privato coperto, saracinesca motorizzata con un buon oscuramento, letto comodo.

Poco luminosa (una sola finestra, anche se ha molte luci interne), non c'è il climatizzatore (anche se ci sono due ventilatori).

Agradable apartamento con vistas a las montañas.

Bonito apartamento, con una gran terraza. Es maravilloso desayunar y cenar viendo las montañas. Con garaje privado, gran baño, con cuarto de lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. Con dos ventiladores para los días de calor. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario, atento y resuelve rápido. En resumen, estuvimos 5 días muy agradables.

Nosotros fuimos dos adultos y dos niños pequeños y no hubo problema, pero quizás para un adulto creo que es incómodo el sofá.

Una notte in 4 a Trento

Annalisa è stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato la possibilità di effettuare un check-in tardivo e ha risposto sempre in maniera tempestiva. L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort, compreso il parcheggio riservato e coperto e la cucina completa. Abbiamo avuto modo anche di farci un caffè. Il tavolo all'esterno ci ha permesso di fare colazione al fresco e con una vista bellissima! Inoltre, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se capiterà l'occasione, torneremo sicuramente!

Di fatto, si tratta di un monolocale, perciò, in quattro persone, la privacy è poca ed il bagno uno solo. Credo che sia un alloggio più pratico e comodo per due persone piuttosto ma, per una sola notte, è andata benissimo così.

Una bella esperienza

Posizione panoramica e a 15 min da Trento. In 10 min di auto c’è la zona commerciale con supermarket e ristoranti. Staff attento e pronto ad ogni esigenza. Giovedì pomeriggio si è rotto l’aspiratore del bagno, li ho avvisati e venerdì mattina lo hanno prontamente sostituito. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario. Il posto auto è coperto, con garage sotto il piano strada (non so se è abbastanza grande per auto estremamente grandi).

Tutto benissimo, se proprio posso suggerire un miglioramento, sarebbe utile avere una piccola scorta di sacchetti per i rifiuti e le indicazioni con le modalità di smaltimento degli stessi.

L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto e alla descrizione.La vista dal terrazzo stupenda.Il posto auto coperto è sicuramente un gran vantaggio.Appartamento pulito ed è fornito dí tutto.Nelle vicinanze è presente un Conad dove trovi tutto.I proprietari molto gentili .
