Great stay.

Comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The landlord responds quickly.

Second floor. The elevator key wasn’t provided, and carrying heavy luggage can be tiring.

Central and clean but basic

Very basic, no plastic tumblers in the bathroom and no cups, plates or cutlery in the room, even though there is a microwave cooker!

A few issues: - security of the unit: the key to get into the apartment is just a simple internal key that is used inside the house. For instance we have 4 copies of this key in our flat at home. This need to be upgraded to a normal lock to ensure full security for guests - shower towels: the towels provided in the unit are comically small and do not suffice to dry the body - the cleanliness of the unit could be improved, excessive buildup of dust - coffee machine in unit would be nice

Location and communication with owner who was very helpful. Good value for money.

I feel a bin for general waste was missing from the room (though there were recycling bins available) and a bath matt in the bathroom. We would have liked larger towels as well as small, hand towels.

La posizione veramente ottima, comoda per la stazione e a due passi dal centro. Il proprierario disponibile, la stanza pulita, il letto comodo.

L'alloggio era davvero essenziale, direi che mancava il minimo indispensabile. Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere dei teli doccia, per avere una coperta abbiamo dovuto chiedere. In dotazione c'erano un mini frigo e un microonde ma una sola presa per entrambi (quindi per usare il microonde bisogna staccare il frigo, quando basterebbe una multipresa). Io avrei messo anche un bollitore, una macchinetta del caffè e 4 tazze.. Visto che comunque la stanza è molto grande e c'è anche un tavolo con 4 sedie. Diciamo che la struttura parte da una buona base, con un minimo sforzo in più si può dare un servizio di alta qualità.

Anbiente quallido privo di ogni confort televisone non collegato con l'antenna condominiale pertanto niente tv prodotti per la cura della persona inaccettabile bagnoschiuma aperto usato da altri shampo inesistente biancheria letto e bagno usurata pero mi e' stato chiesto il supplemento di 15 E per in cane piccola taglia da me subito eseguito con bonifico

Posizione top e silenzioso.

Stanza spaziosa ma pulizia nn proprio eccellente…capelli sulle lenzuola e in doccia…parquet in condizioni pessime..peccato perché se ristrutturato per bene avrebbe del potenziale. Basterebbe poco…pittura delle pareti,pavimenti,arredamento e lenzuola con coperte nuove con stile moderno o neutro…

Essenziale ma conveniente

Camera con bagno in un normale condominio, essenziale ma funzionale. La stanza è calda e dotata di tv e armadio, bagno con cabina e tutti i sanitari, ma non altri servizi, tipo frigo o bollitore. Come da altre recensioni riportate, sono pochi gli asciugamani messi a disposizione e la porta alla camera non è troppo sicura. L'accesso è autonomo, tramite codice meccanico, ma il gestore è gentile e disponibile. Costo concorrenziale rispetto ad altre soluzioni del luogo. Posizione consigliata, a due passi dalla stazione ma vicinissimo al centro.

Soltanto comodo per la posizione e nulla più

Posizione vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione.

Interno e arredo spartano. Il portincino di entrata rimane aperto e all'entrata in comune delle due stanze erano presenti stracci e secchi e materiale per pulizie a vista con forte odore di varecchina . Basterebbe metterci un armadietto e richiuderli. Il bagno senza finestra e senza ripiani per poggiare le cose cosi come in doccia manca una mensola per i prodotti. Nella stanza c'erano 6 secchi per la spazzatura. La tv non si vedeva. Non c'è cucina solo microonde e minifrigo per cui non è da ritenersi un appartamento.

Si può migliorare

La posizione è molto comoda, l'appartamento pulito e ho dormito bene (anche se la comodità di un letto è soggettiva). Ambiente ben riscaldato.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci fosse un telo per la doccia ma solo 2 asciugamani normali. Basterebbe veramente poco (2 teli da bagno) per accontentare la maggior parte delle persone. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che trovo inutile il microonde se poi non ci sono stoviglie. Pur prendendo roba da asporto non è detto che arrivino con le posate, poi pur volendo prendere cose per la colazione, puoi scaldarle, ma non hai nulla in cui metterle a scaldare, in pratica devi fare colazione al bar. La foto del microonde faceva presagire altro, mi aveva illuso.

Di buono c’erano solo la posizione e la camera spaziosa

Arredi, lenzuola e asciugamani (nessun telo da bagno! Solo piccoli) sono rimasti agli anni ‘70, bagno senza finestra, ma soprattutto ho scelto questa camera per la presenza di un angolo cucina che invece si riduceva solo a un piccolo frigorifero e un microonde ma senza stoviglie o tazze, ne’ un bollitore. A che è servito pagare di più una stanza per non poterci neanche fare colazione??

Para una noche de tormenta rápida

La ubicación es excelente para ver la ciudad. El anfitrión contestaba en seguida y dió excelentes instrucciones de llegada. Es fiel a lo que dice el anuncio.

No hay ni un pequeño calentador de agua para té o una nevera pequeña. Pedí toallas grandes, me dijeron que si y solo me pusieron toallas pequeñas de mano. Hacía mucho calor, así que teníamos que dejar las ventanas abiertas pero la calle en la que está el hotel es muy transitada y a partir de las 6 AM es imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Sería idoneo poner un ventilador en la habitacion

posizione ottima per chi arriva in treno, non c'era la colazione

asciugamani piccoli, c'era una sola abat jour, in una stanza con 3 letti, le prese del bagno non funzionavano, non c'era un ripiano dove appoggiare le cose sul lavandino del bagno, per sbaglio ho guardato sotto il letto ed era sporco il pavimento

Ho preso una camera tripla con bagno privato. Auto check-in facile, l'appartamento è a pochi passi dalla stazione e praticamente in centro Trento.

La posizione

La camera sembra uno studentato. È spoglia (niente quadri, nessuna decorazione, nemmeno lampade) e mancano teli/accappatoi e il tappetino della doccia. I cuscini sono veramente duri e non viene fornita un'alternativa.
